Culture of Qajoo

One day we had a business talk about building a company, “We have to build a company, this company will be the leading one in Indonesia, and the company will be a source of inspiration for Indonesia as well for the world”.

Sounds interesting, isn’t it? So how you determine the differentiation between one company to the other ones? What is the base of solid company? What the company’s spirit to strive the goals?

And the answer is…. CULTURE.

A Culture which leads all members in company to always produced a fine product, working with passion. This culture becomes a wheel of life for Qajoo Studio. It is also the basis for successful step towards the next higher levels.

In every single thought, for each product crafted, there was Qajoo’s culture involved.

Every team has a standard, whether they are designers, programmers, back office, and so forth. This is why we love Qajoo. For all of us, we are artists, in Qajoo we call it Toekang (we’ve been telling you about the philosophy behind this name ;-))

Through our products, we tried to lift up the base value for everyone. For instance, Nias stone jump culture, Indonesian’s folklore heritage, in order to make everyone aware if those cultures is existed.

We tried to give these artists a project that they can be proud of for the rest of their career.
